The north-side game room and lounge open to the pet park, the chef’s gardens and a comfortable fire pit terrace, all inviting places for gathering with family and neighbors.

On the beach, fronting the entire length of the residences is a lushly landscaped beach amenity, including a zero-edge swimming pool with sun shelves, day cabanas & lounge seating.
